2020 HOA Dues & Online Payment
Invoices for 2020 dues will be in the mail this week and should arrive in mailboxes by February 1st. Because of the delay in mailing the due date for payment will be Monday, March 2nd. The Invoice will be accompanied by a small newsletter with information about the upcoming HOA meeting and will also include the following information in print for those that are not online…
This year we have added the OPTION to pay HOA dues through PayPal, however, a $7.00 transaction fee will apply and needs to be included with your payment. This fee covers the transaction fee withheld by PayPal and does not go to the Homeowners Association.
IF YOU HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:
Log into your account
Click on ‘Send’
Send your payment of $207 to board@cedarsofduvall.com
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:
Send a request for an invoice via email to board@cedarsofduvall.com
We will email a PayPal invoice with a link to make your payment with credit or debit card
Click on the link in the emailed invoice and follow the instructions to complete payment of $207
